VAP Trade works exclusively with the trade — brands, retailers, online sellers, wholesalers and garment manufacturers. We act as the link between UK buyers and a network of textile mills, apparel factories, footwear producers and leather goods makers in the UK and overseas.

As an independent agent, our only job is to make the match work: the right product, the right factory, the right price and the right terms. Because we are paid a commission or agreed fee on the orders we arrange, our interests are simple — we succeed only when a real order is placed and fulfilled.

For buyers who need printed or bespoke fabrics, we source against your artwork and brief — digital and rotary printed cloth, custom colourways, and seasonal developments — connecting you with print houses and mills able to produce to your standard and volume.

How we're paid

Clear and upfront

When we introduce a supplier's products to a buyer and an order follows, the supplier pays us a commission — usually a percentage of order value.
When we source to a buyer's brief, we are paid a sourcing fee or commission, agreed in advance.
We don't add hidden margins and we don't buy and resell on our own account. The sale contract is between supplier and buyer.
